Arousing Sexual Stories: Risu's Initial Mission, or ASS:RIM for short, is my third hentai game that I'm developing.

In this game, you play as my Squirrel Girl OC, Risu Nutkins, as she finds herself in a mysterious laboratory. While trying to find a way out of the lab she gets help from a mysterious character, and has to journey through multiple different areas to reach her goal. Can you help her to reach her goal, or will the lewd temptations be too much for Risu?

03/02/2022 - First Demo Release version 0.1.1

04/02/2022 - Updated to Demo version 0.1.2 - Basement Stairs softlock bug has been fixed and a few animations have been changed so Risu's tail is anatomically correct in them.

02/04/2022 - Updated to Demo version 0.1.6 - Added the Lab Boss to the game as well as the first parts of Area 2 content to the game.
A few bug fixes have been made, as well as an overhaul to the enemy detection and grace period features.

04/04/2022 - Updated to Demo version 0.1.7 - Fixed a bug with one of the puzzles trying to load an old sprite sheet. Also fixed a bug with one of the gallery animations.

05/04/2022 - Updated to Demo version 0.1.8 - Fixed a few event callings for a sprite sheet that is not in the game any more due to a previous update so that they now call on the new sprite sheet. Should fix a load error in the puzzles.

27/09/2022 - Updated to Demo version 0.2.4 - Added the West Wing Ruins Map as well as five new enemies to encounter within the Ruins area!
Also fixed some typing errors in previous parts of the game.

06/10/2022 - Updated to Demo version 0.2.5 - Went over the entire game to look for ways to adjust the difficulty of the game specifically aiming at improving the Easy & Normal difficulties. Red, Blue, Orange & Purple Gems have had their stats halved so they don't quickly make fights too easy due to giving such a high power boost. I have also made it that on Easy less enemies will spawn on the maps themselves, which should make navigating them a bit easier for players. Changed the stats of some enemies as they had some stat points that did nothing for them in battle due to not using those stats. Also fixed a few issues and missing text that I had found while testing these changes.

16/11/2022 - Updated to Demo version 0.2.9 - This update includes the two wings of the Ruins that were not accessible in the previous version of the game. As well as this, I have changed up a few things within the game system, mainly in the defensive area. So now the Melee Defense and Ranged Defense stats also grant a flat damage mitigation as well as their usual use for damage calculation. This effects both Risu and the enemies in the game. Another thing I've changed is two of Risu's skills, specifically Romantic Remedy and Passionate Potential. I have now made it that these two skills apply a new buff called Devoted Defense, which grants an additional 25% damage mitigation.

17/11/2022 - Updated to Demo version 0.2.10 - This update fixes a bug in one of the new areas of the Ruins which meant that certain features in the game didn't work properly.

14/12/2022 - Updated to Demo version 0.3.2 - This update completes the Ruins area by adding the final two maps and the boss fight for the Ruins! I have also fixed a bug that caused Lust to not have any natural recovery while in battle that has been in the game since the start. As well as this I've reworked how Risu's Thrilling Tentacles skill works so it's more of a High Risk High Reward style move instead of how it was before.

25/03/2023 - Updated to Demo version 0.4.3 - This update adds the start of the Forest area to the game, which includes a whole new set of enemies and content for people to enjoy!
I have gone over the spawning for enemies in all maps so that they now only respawn when you change between major maps. No longer will completing a puzzle or visiting the relaxation room cause the enemies to magically reappear!
I also changed how much some enemy attacks will increase Risu's lust by so that they are more random than before.
Other than those things, this update has also had a few graphically updates on some animations to fix some mistakes, as well as a bug fixes for some issues that were found during play testing of this version.

02/06/2023 - Updated ASS:RIM to version 0.5.0
This update should be the second to last major update before the game is finished and this one includes a fair few new maps within the Forest area for people to enjoy! Also added some new animations with the Forest Dryad enemies that are used for within the new story sections of this update.
One other thing that I did for this update was improve one of the stuck in wall animations within the Ruins area as I wasn't 100% satisfied with how it looked, but now I think it looks way better!~

03/07/2023 - Updated ASS:RIM to version 1.0.0
The final update to the game outside of any bug patches, this one introduces the final map of the game as well as the final boss fight! :D
I cannot thank everyone enough for supporting me throughout ASS:RIM's development and I hope you continue to support me as I continue to make more animations and games! :)

31/12/2023 - Updated ASS:RIM to version 1.0.1
A small bug fix patch to fix an issue in the Cave/Ruins area where some of the lootable jars were not giving the player Power Cells when they should be.

The door in the Relaxation Room is purely for story telling/ cosmetic reasons. It doesn't actually lead anywhere

How do I Get through the first room?

Try interacting with the blue slime door at the top of the room, once you've done that you should be able to explore the areas that lead out of the room to find a key to open the door :)

Where can i find the key in lower laboratory?

The ground floor of the lab you mean?
It should be located in one of the four rooms in the bottom right of the map :)

Not that floor with 4 offices...i mean the other lab under this floor 

Oh, all of the doors on the basement floor should be opened by completing the puzzle of the panel next to the doors :)

I completed it and scanned the whole area... remaining the main exit in the upper floor at the middle bottom of the map

Wait, are you trying to find a key for the front door on the ground floor of the lab?
Sorry to say, but there isn't a key for that door, you're supposed to just continue through the tunnel after the boss fight in the lab.

Found a glitch of some kind-once I'm past the orange door, I get the "Captured" battle lost thing even after I struggle and break free. It happened twice to me.

Edit: I think it has to do with me saving in Save File 2. When I went back to one, it stopped happening.

Can you give me any more details about the situation you were in that caused this please?
As the only thing I can think of that might cause this is losing a battle due to your Lust Level getting too high

Pretty good so far! Would like the option to escape from fights, and perhaps slow the enemies down a bit? Just so you can outspeed them reasonably.

As for an escape option, you're not the only one that's requested it, so I'm starting to think I may need to think of a way to properly implement such a feature into future games. It's just at the moment, escaping can cause a weird graphical issue in the game should you fail to escape, so I would probably have to have it that escaping is guaranteed to happen.
As for slowing down enemies, I assume you mean outside of battle when they are chasing you? I believe they should already move slightly slower than you when running, but I may see if a people would prefer them to be a bit slower still. :)

They seem to move, outside of battle, at the same speed as you. So the moment you make a slightly wrong turn or get in the goo, you get caught and battle.

Also, I got to the orange door. Is there anything past it, or is that the end?

Oh no the orange door requires you to go back to one of the previous rooms to some vials to mix up something to get past the door, I believe Rosich should have mentioned it when you encounter the door.

And hmm, that is odd about them moving that fast, I'll look into possibly decreasing their speed in future updates

Wire puzzle gets a Loading error despite the img being in Characters file.

Thank you for pointing out this error to me, I believe this is due to a change I made to one of the files, so I'm currently uploading a new version of the game to fix this!

Ran through a fresh save on 1.7 but I get the same error. :(

I'll have a look into it now, I swear I fixed it, but I'll check, maybe I missed something somewhere. Sorry about this :(
(Found the issue, seems I forgot to edit something in the eventing, going to need to go through and fix it in a few areas, thank you for bringing this to my attention! :D )

No worries. I ported my save over to 1.8 and was able to see the rest of the content. Enjoying the journey, but these repeat trips make me wish I could run from battles, even if it cost SP or lust. Even at lvl 9 the enemies take awhile to take down and the xp/drops stops being worth the time. I'm sure this will be less of an issue once we have access to a bigger party and AOEs. Keep up the good work!
